The McNay Art Museum graciously came to my studio to interview me about my work, myself, and my trans identity.
I was a nervous mess and spoke from the heart. You can practically hear the thoughts crashing into one another in my head before pouring out of my mouth.
It really was a nice interview and I’m very glad to have been able to accommodate them.
I just wanted to say I was in the museum last week and I have been thinking about your exhibit ever since. You are so incredibly talented and in tune with yourself and your emotions it’s admirable. I wish I had the courage to do what you do every day. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to see your art and meet you. I hope you know how inspirational you are. ❤️
